NEXVO™ Rideshare and Delivery Services
Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Welcome to NEXVO™, a rideshare and delivery service operated by Y&T Freedom Invest Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Definitions

  • “NEXVO™” refers to our rideshare and delivery platform.
  • “User” refers to any individual or business using our services, including riders, drivers, senders, and recipients.
  • “Driver” refers to an independent contractor providing transportation or delivery services through NEXVO™.
  • “Sender” refers to a user requesting a delivery service.
  • “Recipient” refers to a person or entity receiving a delivered item.
  • “Service” refers to rideshare and delivery services provided through our platform.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and meet local regulatory requirements.
  • Users must provide accurate personal information and maintain the security of their account credentials.

3. Service use

3.1 Rideshare Services

  • Riders must request rides via the NEXVO™ app and pay the displayed fare.
  • Drivers have the right to accept or decline ride requests.
  • Riders must comply with all applicable traffic and safety laws while using our services.

3.2 Delivery Services

  • Senders must ensure that all items comply with our Prohibited Items List (see Section 6).
  • Deliveries must be properly packaged to prevent damage.
  • NEXVO™ is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during transit.

4. Payment & Fees

  • Users agree to pay all applicable fees displayed in the app.
  • Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.
  • NEXVO™ reserves the right to adjust fares based on demand, distance, and time.
  • Cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Driver Requirements

  • Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of NEXVO™.
  • Drivers must maintain valid insurance, vehicle registration, and a clean driving record.
  • Drivers must comply with local laws and company policies.
  • NEXVO™ may deactivate drivers for policy violations or unsafe behavior.

6. Prohibited Items for Delivery

Users may not send or transport:

  • Illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials.
  • Perishable food items without proper packaging.
  • Animals (unless explicitly permitted under local law and NEXVO™ policies).
  • Any other items deemed unsafe by NEXVO™.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • NEXVO™ provides a platform connecting users but does not guarantee service quality or availability.
  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or personal injuries resulting from service use.
  • Users agree to use NEXVO™ at their own risk.
  • NEXVO™ is not liable for third-party actions, including drivers or payment processors.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Users may delete their accounts at any time.
  • Outstanding payments must be settled before account termination.

9. Privacy Policy

  • NEXVO™ collects and processes personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • By using our services, you consent to data collection for service improvement and security purposes.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Users agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in New Brunswick, Canada.
  • Claims must be filed within six (6) months of the incident.
  • Users waive the right to file class-action lawsuits against NEXVO™.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • NEXVO™ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms.
